I have a small room. My window doesn't open very far and I'm at the top of the building.
Its cool outside now but sat at my desk with a computer blowing hot air out, a lamp on so I can see, two flat screens and a hifi in the corner - its nearing 29 degrees in here.
Arrrrrggg.

Why not buy a fan?
there are no fans in the UK. All sold the other week - millions of them...
Plus fan wouldn't make it cooler - just move the air about a bit.
Its one of those "what happens when you leave a fridge door open in a sealed room" things.
Think about it - its an oxford (admitedly engineering) interview question.
It may not make it cooler, but a breeze does feel very nice on a hot day. And that is the point, right? To feel more comfortable?
